Anthony Rutledge made the impromptu donation following a short video shown about the hospital Breast Center's journey to accreditation. Man Busted On Pot Possession At Stratford School For Aviation STRATFORD, Conn. — A man at the Stratford School for Aviation was arrested when he was found to have marijuana packaged for sale in his possession Thursday, according to Connecticut State Police at I Barracks in Bethany.Troopers responded to the school on a report of illicit narcotic activity, state police said. Upon investigating, troopers arrested Samuel Mohammed, 22, and charged him with illegal sale of narcotics and illegal possession of narcotics, according to the police report.
