Sexually Violent Offender Lives In Mahopac MAHOPAC, N.Y. -- A registered sex offender is living in Mahopac, according to information provided by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. Louis Trama, 60, was convicted of raping and sodomizing a woman he didn't know on June 2, 1987 and spent concurrent 8 to 25 year sentences in state prison.  The convictions were affirmed on appeal on April 2, 1990. He used weapons in the attack, and is considered a sexually violent offender, according to New York's Sex Offender Registry. Thieves Rip Off Stamford Laundromat ATM STAMFORD, Conn. -- An ATM machine with cash in a Stamford laundromat was torn from the floor and stolen, according to the Stamford Advocate. Police answered a call from a Wash Works laundromat staff member Sunday morning who saw the glass door was smashed at the 953 East Main Street business, the Stamford Advocate said.
