Third Suspect Charged In Haverstraw Shooting  HAVERSTRAW, N.Y. -- A third suspect has been arrested in connection with an Oct. 19 shooting in Haverstraw, according to police. Luis M Estrella, 28, was charged with attempted murder, second-degree conspiracy, first-degree hindering prosecution, and second-degree perjury, all felonies. Pelham Launches Wolfs Lane Park Redesign PELHAM, N.Y. --  A groundbreaking ceremony took place Oct. 24 for the start of a project at Wolfs Lane Park, according to a release on the Village of Pelham NY Facebook page.
