Fishkill Man Stopped For Tailgating On Route 9 Faces Drug Charges
WAPPINGER FALLS, N. Y. -- A 20-year-old Fishkill man is facing a felony drug possession charge after state police found 23 grams of heroin following a traffic stop on Route 9 in Wappinger Falls, police said.Rocco F. Guida is charged with third-degree felony possession of a controlled substance following the Wednesday, March 9 incident, police said.
State police said his car was stopped because of tailgating, then police found the heroin in a magnetic key box under the hood of his 2003 BMW.
He's being held on $100,000 bond, or $50,000 cash, in the Dutchess County Jail, police said. He's due…
