Drivers Beware: SoNo Half Marathon Blocks Roads In Norwalk This Weekend NORWALK, Conn. -- A traffic alert from the Norwalk Police Department: The SoNo Half Marathon and 5K will be taking place Saturday. The race starts at 9 a.m. in Veterans Park and will be completed by 12:30 p.m. The Norwalk Police Department will have officers at several traffic posts throughout the race route to manage traffic.
