Maywood Council Approves Grant For Oak Avenue Improvements MAYWOOD, N.J. -- The Maywood Council has approved a grant application for funds that will go toward improvements on Oak Avenue, reports North Jersey.com.The council passed a resolution on Sept. 29, approving the submittal of a grant application to the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) for paving a section of Oak Avenue from West Pleasant Avenue to Parkway, the story says.
