PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Peekskill band Joe Duraes & The Skills will open for Gin Blossoms at the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater in Peekskill on Valentine’s Day, Sunday, Feb. 14. This comes on the heels of bandleader Duraes' successful debut performance at the Paramount’s Open-Mic Night last November, which he headlined with a 45-minute set of his original songs. NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has reopened the disaster loan assistance program for all those affected by Superstorm Sandy.Interest rates are as low as four percent for businesses, three percent for nonprofits and 1.688 percent for homeowners and renters with terms up to 30 years.
