Deadline Approaching For Pre-Primary Party Affiliation Changes In Westport
WESTPORT, Conn. -- The Westport registrars of voters are reminding residents Wednesday that the deadlines for changing party preference for the Presidential Primary are approaching. Tuesday, Jan. 26, is the last day for voters registered in a party to change to another party. In Connecticut, if you registered as “Independent,” you are registered with the Independent Party, which is a Connecticut minor party, and the above deadline applies as it does to all major and minor parties.
