William Paterson University In Wayne Opens New Academic Building WAYNE, N.J. -- William Paterson University in Wayne opened its University Hall academic building Wednesday. The $40 million building, opening six months ahead of schedule, is the first step in a long-range plan to modernize facilities in the academic core of the campus. The one-year licenses must be obtained by completing a borough form. The fee is $8.20 for a regular license for a spayed or neutered pet or $11.20 for those that are not spayed and neutered. All checks may be made out to the borough of Saddle River. Proof of rabies inoculation must accompany all requests.
