Know Them Or This Mercedes? Man, Woman Accused In Lottery Scam, Norwalk Police Say
Norwalk Police are asking the public's help in identifying the alleged pair of thieves that targeted an elderly victim in a lottery scam. One of the alleged suspect's photo is seen in an April 24 post on the Norwalk, CT Police Twitter page on April 24. According to police, two suspects drove a black 2019 Mercedes sports utility vehicle, with a Massachusetts plate number 8WY599. The man pictured was accompanied by a woman in her 40s, according to the police post. Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Aura at the Norwalk Police Department at 203-854-3039.

Suspects At Large After Burglary Of Bridgehampton Home
Four people are at large and being sought by Suffolk County Police for the alleged December burglary of a Bridgehampton home. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Southampton Town Police detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the suspects that allegedly entered the home on Ocean Road at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Dec. 8 and stole various items, including the Breguet Marine 5071 watch seen in a photograph. Propane Cylinder Secured After House Fire Breaks Out In Danbury
Firefighters responded quickly and knocked down a house fire in Danbury where officials say a propane cylinder was found in an attic. Just before 9:30 p.m. late Saturday, April 20, the Danbury Fire Department responded to a reported fire in the attic of the two-story house on Quien Street. Jones Beach Meadowbrook Parkway Toll Plaza To Be Demolished

Work is underway on $3.9 million project to create a more welcoming approach to Jones Beach said the April 26 announcement by Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo. Man Accused Of Stealing $300 In Equipment From St. Joseph’s College Campus In Patchogue
Police are looking for a man they say burglarized St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue this month. The man stole yard equipment from the St. Joseph’s College campus, located at 155 W. Roe Blvd., at approximately 4:20 a.m. on April 22, according to Suffolk County Police. The equipment was valued at approximately $300, police said.
