Man Had Cocaine, Concentrated Cannabis In Nyack, Police Say NYACK, N.Y. --A Nanuet man accused of urinating on a public street early Saturday in Nyack was then charged with drug possession, according to the Orangetown Police Department.Thomas McLoughlin, 28, was arrested at 3:13 a.m. after he was observed by police allegedly urinating in public on Artopee Way in Nyack, the report said.
