J. -- Registration has started for the variety of teams and clinics offered by Glen Rock Lacrosse Association this season.Team play registration closes on Feb. 1, but clinic registration runs through April. Teams are available for boys and girls in third- though eighth-grade, while clinics are open to younger players in kindergarten through second-grade. Most play starts in March and goes through early June. J. -- Lucy the therapy dog got some love from sixth-graders at Anthony Wayne Middle School during a recent visit to the class in Wayne..The students in Sylvia Marra-Gaspar's science class were able to spend some time with Lucy during class. It was part of their work making bar graphs depicting different dog breeds, school officials said. Lucy is a specially trained therapy dog used to provide comfort and affection to those in need, school officials said. Many schools use therapy dogs for reading and other activities with students.
