Stamford Police: Bridgeport Man Had Crack Cocaine At Train Station
STAMFORD, CONN. -- A Bridgeport man is facing multiple drug charges after Stamford police said he was caught with crack cocaine that he intended to sell, the Stamford Advocate reported.
Acting on a tip, Stamford police were waiting for Cedrick Powell, 48, of Chase Street in Bridgeport, when he arrived by train to the Stamford station, the Stamford Advocate said. Powell tried to run off but was stopped by police, according to the Stamford Advocate.
