Driver Injured When Car Crashes Into Tree In Suffern SUFFERN, N. Y. -- A driver had to be extricated from a one-car crash Friday with a tree after losing control of the car on Spook Rock Road near the Spook Rock Golf Course in Suffern, police said.Town of Ramapo police said the driver, who was the only one in the car, couldn't make the turn in the roadway, causing the car to hit a tree and flip over. The driver was taken by Ramapo Valley Ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern for a minor hand injury, police said.
