Y. -- A 30-year-old Poughkeepsie woman is facing a felony welfare fraud charge after Dutchess County Sheriff's Office police said she unfairly received $6,364 worth of subsidized child care, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.Cheron Williams is accused of taking the child care in 2014 even though there was someone at home to care for the children.
