Three People Face Burglary, Assault Charges In Beacon
BEACON, N. Y. -- A woman and two men are facing burglary and assault charges after Beacon police say the trio forced their way into an apartment to assault the resident and damage property, according to The Poughkeepsie Journal.
Those charged are Latesha C. Sellers, 39, Wesley A. Sellers, 35, and Mark A. Lunsford, 54, who are each charged with felony first-degree burglary and felony second-degree assault. Each is also facing additional lesser charges related to the incident, The Poughkeepsie Journal says.

Beacon Man Facing Charges In Stabbing That Injured Two
BEACON, N. Y. -- A 28-year-old Beacon man is in custody facing criminal charges stemming from a stabbing incident Saturday in Beacon that left one woman with several stab wounds and an 18-year-old male with a slash wound on his face, according to The Poughkeepsie Journal.William Herrera Jr., 28, is being held on $250,000 bond, or $100,000 cash, in Dutchess County Jail after being charged with felony first-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, and second-degree assault.
