Charles Schumer said he has real concerns about possible oil tanker accidents on the Hudson River because nautical maps to guide boats are so outdated, according to lohud.com.Standing on the bank of the Hudson, Schumer said the river hasn't been surveyed since 1939, the story said. Antonio McGill, 29, of Poughkeepsie, and Summer Plain, 21, of Cornwall, are both charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony; criminally using drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, police said. Kyle Doughty and Officer Greg Stanis for rescuing a 60-year-old Hopewell Junction man from a fatal heroin overdose Monday afternoon.Police said the officers were on their way to answer a possible heroin overdose 911 call just after noon Monday when they heard the dispatcher giving family members CPR instructions.
