Redding Police No Longer Names Those Accused Of Domestic Violence REDDING, CONN. -- Redding Police Chief Douglas Fuchs said his department will no longer release identities of those accused of domestic violence in an effort to guarantee confidentiality of victims, according to The Redding Pilot. Dover Man Charged With Breaking Victim's Window DOVER, N. Y. -- A Dover man is facing a criminal mischief charge in connection with a Nov. 11 window-breaking incident at a Dover house, New York State Police said.Ryan J. Williams, 32, of Dover, is due Nov. 19 in the Dover Justice Court to answer the misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief complaint, police said. The charge was filed Nov. 17 after a New York State Police investigation, police said. The victim told police his living room window was broken on or about Nov. 11.
