Westport Police Dog Atlas Will Soon Be Bullet-Proofed WESTPORT, Conn. -- Westport Police K9 Atlas will be getting his bullet- and stab-proof vest in a few weeks.The body armor was donated thanks to a charitable donation from the non-profit organization Vested Interest in K9s, Inc.
