Norwalk police charged Osvaldo Muniz, 68, in 2013 with sexual assault and kidnapping in the 1988 case. The sexual assault charges were dismissed in 2014. Patricia Wuest, 52, was charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree larceny, said the newspaper.
