The gift will additionally enable the responders to render aid to animals, the department said on Facebook. Wilton High Students Pay It Forward By Donating Tutoring Fees To Charity WILTON, Conn. -- A unique tutoring service launched by Wilton High School junior Andrew Noonan at the start of the school year quickly drew many honor roll students to sign on to help. The tutoring is not a job — The Learning Fund is run by volunteers. But it's not free.
