SOUTHEAST, N. Y. -- An 18-year-old Southeast man is facing several reckless driving charges, among other things, after a series of incidents in which Putnam County Sheriff's police said they saw him driving at more than twice the speed limit, spinning his car on the roadway, and fleeing police.

Man, 26, Faces Drug Charges After Running Red Light On Route 6
MAHOPAC, N. Y. -- A 26-year-old Mahopac man is facing drug charges after Putnam County Sheriff's deputies stopped his car recently for reportedly running a red light on Route 6 in Mahopac, police said.
Mark A. Rasulo, Jr., of Aimee Court, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, police said. He's being held in the Putnam County Correctional Facility, police said.
