Pearl River Schools Foresee Enrollment Drop By 2024, Study Says PEARL RIVER, N.Y. -- The long-term forecast for Pearl River schools shows a 25 percent drop in students by 2024, according to a lohud.com report.Much of the decrease is noticeable in the younger grade levels.
