Yorktown Man Charged With DWI, Possession Of Marijuana YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N. Y. -- A 54-year-old Yorktown man is facing DWI and marijuana possession charges after Yorktown police stopped his car for a traffic infraction Monday night and found 8.7 grams of marijuana, police said.Jeffrey Brown is charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and violation marijuana possession, along with not wearing a seat belt, police said. Lack of a seat belt is why police said they stopped the car. He was released but is due back at 6 p.m. June 2 at Yorktown Justice Court, police said.
