DUI Driver Crashed Into Woods: Denville PD A 60-year-old Morris Plains resident was arrested for driving under the influence following a crash in Denville on Friday, Aug. 8, authorities said. At 10:52 p.m., officers responded to a report of a black sedan that had crashed into the woods off Franklin Road, near the train overpass, Denville police said. Officers determined the driver, Marcie Levison, was impaired due to alcohol and/or drugs, police said Levison was arrested and transported to police headquarters. She was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving, police said.

Repeat Offender Charged In Deadly Construction Zone Crash; NJ Family Pushes For Harsher Penalty Allen Adams spent his life making New Jersey's roads safer. On Thursday, July 31, the 50-year-old construction worker from Lumberton was killed in a Toms River work zone after being struck by an alleged drunk driver, according to his family and authorities in Ocean County.
