DUI Driver Crashed Into Woods: Denville PD A 60-year-old Morris Plains resident was arrested for driving under the influence following a crash in Denville on Friday, Aug. 8, authorities said. At 10:52 p.m., officers responded to a report of a black sedan that had crashed into the woods off Franklin Road, near the train overpass, Denville police said. Officers determined the driver, Marcie Levison, was impaired due to alcohol and/or drugs, police said Levison was arrested and transported to police headquarters. She was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving, police said.
