Driver Seriously Injured In 2-Car Crash On Long Island A 61-year-old man is recovering from serious injuries following a two-car crash on Long Island. The incident happened at around 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14 in Farmingville, on Nicolls Road north of Horseblock Place, according to Suffolk County Police. A preliminary investigation found that Patrick McCrum, of Ridge, rear-ended a pickup truck that was stopped in the left lane of northbound Nicolls Road. Fatal Crash ID: Man Walking His Bicycle Struck On Long Island Street Identified This story has been updated. A man walking his bicycle was struck and killed by a car in an early morning crash on Long Island. Emergency crews in West Babylon were called at around 3:20 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14 with reports of a crash on Railroad Avenue west of Cedarwood Road, according to Suffolk County Police. A preliminary investigation found that 54-year-old Domingo Santamaria Robles, of Lindenhurst, was walking westbound on Railroad Avenue when he was hit by a Toyota Camry. Man From Region Admits Traveling To Meet 12-Year-Old For Sex Undercover agents busted a man from the region who admitted he tried to meet a 12-year-old for sex. Michael Robbins, age 27, of Schenectady, pleaded guilty to attempted coercion and enticement of a minor in federal court in Albany on Monday, Feb. 13. According to the US Attorney’s Office in the Northern District, Robbins admitted that between February and March 2021, he exchanged sexually explicit messages online with who he believed was a 12-year-old girl. Trenace Hagans, age 67, was last seen at 8 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13 in the town of Hempstead, on Holly Avenue, according to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services.
