Port Chester Appoints David Thomas Village Clerk PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Port Chester resident David Thomas has been appointed clerk for the Village of Port Chester. His appointment, by a unanimous vote, was made during a Village Board of Trustees meeting earlier this month.Port Chester has been without a clerk since the summer when Janusz Richards resigned.
