Woman Accused Of Storming Danbury Bar, Threatening 'To Shoot' Patrons DANBURY, Conn. — A woman was arrested for the fourth time in three months last week after causing a disturbance at a downtown restaurant in Danbury, where police said she threatened “to shoot everyone inside," reports newstimes. The incident began when Tonya Carouther, 46, drank another patron’s drink at Copacabana Café, 12 Ives St., about 10 p.m. on Nov. 23.
