Demolition Begins To Replace Platform At Noroton Heights Train Station DARIEN, Conn. -- Soon Metro-North riders will have spick-and-span new platforms to brighten their departures and arrivals in and out of Noroton Heights train station. Work to replace them began this week, the Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced. The project consists of the replacement of platforms along Track 3 - New York Bound - and Track 4 - New Haven bound.
