Man, 42, Drove Drunk On Old Country Road With Four Kids In Car, Nassau County Police Say
A 42-year-old man allegedly drove drunk on Old County Road with four kids in the car.
The driver, Tommie Hooks, of North Carolina, was arrested for driving while intoxicated-Leandra's law on Saturday, June 23 at 2:20 a.m. in Westbury, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
An officer while on routine patrol reportedly observed Hooks driving a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox exiting a parking lot at 1504 Old Country Road, said police.

"Jorge Xilotl has been located, unharmed," police said.

A former employee allegedly used a Westport business' credit card points to make $16, 000 in Amazon purchases, according to the Westport Police Department.
On March 6, an officer responded to a Westport business on a report of larceny by a former employee, police said.
The business reported a former employee, Jaiman Shah, redeemed in excess of 2 million credit card points to make the Amazon purchases, said Westport Police.
