Monroe Police Charge Bridgeport Woman With Using Drugs In Front Of Child
MONROE, Conn. -- A 21-year-old Bridgeport woman is facing charges after Monroe police responded to a report that she was using heroin in her car with her young child in the backseat Wednesday night, according to the Connecticut Post.Cynthia Fernandes, 21, of Park Avenue, Bridgeport, was arrested while parked in the Goodwill parking lot on Monroe Turnpike, according to the Connecticut Post. She was charged with risk of injury to a minor and released on $2,500 bond while the child was released to family, the Connecticut Post reported.
