Williams is charged with misdemeanor obstruction of breathing, and is due back in court at 6 p.m. April 7 in Yorktown, police said. Police said they got the call around 11:30 p.m. Friday, April 1, about a possible assault on a Yorktown resident. During Williams' arraignment in Yorktown, a judge ordered him to stay away from the victim, police said.
