Y. -- A federal judge in White Plains on Tuesday sentenced an East Greenbush, N.Y., gun dealer to 37 months in prision for illegally trafficking guns with destroyed serial numbers, federal officials said. Jonathan Cuney, 32, who is a licensed gun dealer from East Greenbush, was also sentenced to two years of supervised probation, according to Preet Bharara, U.S. Attorney for New York's Southern District.
