Suffern High Boys Lacrosse Squad Eyes Sectional Success In 2016 SUFFERN, N.Y. - The Suffern High School boys lacrosse team went 12-6 last spring, and reached the quarterfinal round of the Section 1 playoffs. Head coach Dave McNally and the Mounties are looking for more success this spring, and McNally believes the team has the solid senior leadership to do the job. Brenden Fee led Suffern with four goals and an assist, Greco had a hat trick, and Tommy Schember scored twice for the Mounties.

New Coaches Lead Mahopac HS Boys Lacrosse Team MAHOPAC, N.Y. - Mahopac High School's boys lacrosse team posted an 11-9 record last year after reaching the Class A sectional championship game, where the Indians lost to Mamaroneck in overtime. Veteran Coach Mike Haddeland had to step down this spring due to illness, leaving Sean Mohammed and Tony Tanzi to coach the team. Tanzi is a 2004 graduate and Mahopac lacrosse standout, while Mohammed was a 1993 graduate who also played lacrosse for the Indians. Rockland Kids Enjoy Bagels With The Bunny, Easter Egg Hunt STONY POINT, N.Y. -- A big crowd showed up Saturday morning at Kirkbride Hall for the Town of Stony Point's Bagels with the Bunny, and Easter Egg Hunt. Kids enjoyed lots of activities inside, including an inflatable bounce house, face painting, balloon animals, games and snacks.  The crowd then made its way outside, where thousands of Easter eggs were spread around the front and side lawns for kids to pick up.

Easter Celebrations Turn To Egg Hunts, Visits With Bunny In Darien DARIEN, Conn. — The Darien Community Association hosted its annual Easter Egg Hunt on Friday morning, with a nice crowd turning out for the fun.  The weather cooperated, with mild temperatures and no rain for the event. Kids were invited to hunt down 3,000 Easter eggs on the Darien Community Association's Great Lawn. There was also an opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny as well, with many kids sitting on his lap for photos but others keeping a safe distance away.
