Visitors Cool Off At Ice Cream Social At Norwalk's Lockwood-Mathews Mansion NORWALK, Conn. — Crowds turn ed out Sunday to join in the family fun and cool treats as Norwalk's Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum held its third annual Ice Cream Social at Mathews Park. Ice cream was the main attraction, of course, on a hot day at the historic mansion. But there was also entertainment from the Darien Academy of Dance, Stamford’s Westhill High School band, Rubberband of Norwalk, and the Mulkerin School of Irish Dance of Norwalk and West Haven. There were also family-friendly activities, local crafts for sale, and a vintage car display.
