Redding Explores Starting Recycling Food Scrap Program REDDING, Conn. -- The Housatonic Resources Recovery Authority, in collaboration with the Town of Redding, will be kicking-off the first-of-its-kind organics (food scraps) collection programs in Connecticut at the recycling center in the spring.
