Red Hook Library Undergoing Renovations, New Hours Starting Tuesday RED HOOK, N.Y. -- Red Hook Public Library will be undergoing renovations starting Tuesday, Jan. 19. During renovations, the library will have new hours. The new hours are: 4:30 - 8 p.m., Monday - Friday; 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., Saturday; and noon - 4 p.m., Sunday. Latin Percussion housed its offices on Belmont Avenue before the move.
