Serious Rollover Crash Shuts Route 9 In Haddam Route 9 in Haddam was closed Thursday morning, Jan. 2 for a serious crash, officials said. CT State Police said the crash involved a one-vehicle rollover in the southbound lanes near Exit 15. Serious injuries were reported. The highway is closed for investigation. Driver Charged In Deadly New Year's Pedestrian Crash In Plainview, Cops Say A 39-year-old Queens, NY woman has been charged in connection with a crash that claimed the life of a 38-year-old pedestrian on Long Island on New Year's, authorities said.
