Police Charge Man In Palisades Center Shoplifting Case WEST NYACK, N.Y. -- Police apprehended a Brooklyn man Saturday who was accused of stealing $1,124 worth of cologne and accessories from Abercrombie & Fitch at the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack, according to the Clarkstown Police Department. Police responded to a report of the shoplifting at approximately 4:40 p.m., on Saturday. A man was observed by loss prevention employees taking the merchandise, according to police.
