Failure To Stay In Lane Leads To DWI Charge For Norwalk Man, New Canaan Police Say A Norwalk man was arrested in New Canaan and charged with DUI after a routine traffic stop Wednesday afternoon. According to a New Canaan Police report, on May 22 at 3:51 p.m., an officer observed a vehicle traveling southbound on Park Street allegedly fail to stay in the established travel lane. Police said the driver, Eugene Brennan, 51, was allegedly observed not wearing a seatbelt.
