Danbury Firefighters Douse Burning Car At Apartment Complex DANBURY, Conn. —Danbury firefighters quickly knocked down a fire in car on Sunday morning at the Rivington "The Mews" complex on Center Meadow Lane, according to a Facebook post.     Engine 26 along with Engine 22 responded to the fire.  Upon arrival, firefighters found a vehicle with the engine compartment ablaze. The fire was quickly knocked down.
