Leesburg Driver Clocked Going 133 MPH in 45 Zone: Police A 21-year-old man likely set a new Loudoun County record when police clocked him driving nearly 90 miles per hour over the speed limit earlier this month, authorities said.  Luke Jones, of Leesburg, put the pedal through the floor of his 2007 Corvette on May 11 while on Virginia Route 7, Leesburg police said. Police ID Men Struck, Killed On Capital Beltway Two men who died in a multi-vehicle wreck on the Capital Beltway Tuesday, May 17, had been hit after they got out of their car, police said. Virginia Man Slain Days After Daughter Dies In I-95 Crash Ciera Berry's family had to do the unthinkable recently and begin planning the 28-year-old, mother of nine's funeral after she died in a fiery car crash. Less than a week later, they were struck with another tragedy.  Berry, of Triangle, died when her Nissan clipped another car on Interstate 95 while changing lanes on May 9.
