Officers also believe he was high on marijuana at the time of the wreck, a report said. Springfield Police Investigating Officer-Involved Shooting (Developing) Springfield police announced Wednesday, Nov. 16, that it would open an investigation into an officer-involved shooting that happened earlier that morning. Police have released few details about what happened so far, and it's unclear what led up to the shooting. No One Injured In Bellingham Home Fire, But 4 Dogs Missing: Reports Four dogs are missing following a house fire in Bellingham late Tuesday night, Nov. 15, news reports said. Despite reopening earlier this year with a new vision, the 13A Brattle Street spot says that it's closed.
