Boston Woman Charged With Killing Fellow UMass Dartmouth Student From NJ In On-Campus Crash: DA A 22-year-old Boston woman will face charges after she fatally struck 19-year-old University of Massachusetts Dartmouth student Frank Petillo Jr. earlier this year, authorities said.
