Driver Nabbed Months After Deadly Hit-Run Crash On Long Island, Police Say Months after a 59-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Long Island, the suspected driver has been arrested. Qiulong Chen, age 35, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested Thursday, March 2 in connection to death of Joseph Biggica, according to Suffolk County Police.  A passing driver found Biggica lying unresponsive on Remington Boulevard at around 6:20 p.m. on Oct. 25, 2022. He was taken to Long Island Community Hospital in Patchogue, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
