Driver Nabbed Months After Deadly Hit-Run Crash On Long Island, Police Say Months after a 59-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Long Island, the suspected driver has been arrested. Qiulong Chen, age 35, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested Thursday, March 2 in connection to death of Joseph Biggica, according to Suffolk County Police. A passing driver found Biggica lying unresponsive on Remington Boulevard at around 6:20 p.m. on Oct. 25, 2022. Home Struck By 23-Year-Old Driver On Long Island Left 'Uninhabitable' A home on Long Island was left “uninhabitable” after a driver lost control and crashed into it, authorities said. Emergency crews in Hicksville were called at around noon on Wednesday, March 1, with reports that a vehicle had crashed into a home located on Gables Drive, according to Nassau County Police. New Poll Reveals How NY Voters Think Gov. Hochul Is Doing Months Into First Full Term New York Gov. Kathy Hochul’s approval rating dipped slightly in the second month of her first full term in office, according to a brand-new poll. Among the state’s registered voters, Hochul holds an approval rating of 56 to 40 percent, compared to 56 to 36 percent in January, according to a Siena College poll released Monday, Feb. 27.
