According to Suffolk County Police, he was seen on surveillance video breaking into a Huntington convenience store before snagging cash and cigarettes. Alert Issued For 26-Year-Old Capital Region Man Missing Over Week Police are asking for the community’s help in locating a man from the region who has been missing for more than a week. Albany County resident John Jacob Malulan, age 26, of Cohoes, was last seen at his home on Wednesday, April 12, according to Cohoes Police.
