Emergency crews in Saratoga County were called at around 9:20 p.m. Friday, June 2, with reports of a two-car crash in Wilton, on Northern Pines Road. Home Depot On Long Island Evacuated Over Bomb Threat A Home Depot store on Long Island was evacuated after someone called in a bomb threat. The incident happened at around 8:30 a.m. Monday, June 5, at the Home Depot store in Riverhead, located on Old Country Road, police confirmed. According to police radio traffic, the suspect told a store manager that there was an explosive device somewhere in the building. Seen Him? Alert Issued For Missing Capital Region Man Authorities are asking for help in locating a missing vulnerable adult from the region. Rensselaer County resident Michael Hart, age 55, of Troy, was last seen at around 6:30 a.m. Saturday, June 3, on Marvin Avenue in Troy, according to police. Hart is developmentally disabled and may be in need of medical attention. He is described as a white male, 5-feet-9-inches tall and 220 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. Capital Region Man Rapes Underage Teen, Police Say A man from the region is facing rape charges after allegedly sexually abusing an underage teen. Saratoga County resident Thomas Millington, age 39, of Milton, was arrested Saturday, June 3, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators determined that Millington had sexual intercourse with a victim under 17 years old. He is charged with third-degree rape, a class E felony. Millington was arraigned in the Milton Town Court, where a judge ordered him held at the Saratoga County jail on $1,400 cash bail.

Habitual Flag Thief Nabbed After Targeting Several Long Island Businesses, Police Say Police have arrested a man accused of stealing several American flags from businesses on Long Island. The alleged crime spree came to an end Thursday, June 1, when an employee at the Laundry Palace in Riverhead called 911 saying a man had just cut the rope and removed the flags from outside the business.
