It is all part of Valhalla’s Virginia Road School before-school club that focuses on walking and jogging.Activity in the morning wakes up the brain and results in increased attentiveness throughout the day. Car Rolls Over In Early Morning Mahopac Crash MAHOPAC, N.Y. -- An early morning rollover accident on Baldwin Place Road and Route 6N just before 5 a.m. Friday, brought out multiple units from the Carmel Police Department, along with numerous other agencies. Upon arrival, police found a vehicle on its roof and the victim out of the vehicle. No injuries were reported and police and firefighters set up detours for about a half-hour, closing Route 6N for a short time as the vehicle was removed, police said. Responding agencies included Mahopac Falls Fire, Emergency Medical Services and EMStar paramedics.

New Coyote Attacks On Dogs Reported In New Castle NEW CASTLE, N.Y. -- New Castle police have issued another coyote advisory after two more dog attacks were reported this week. The first advisory was issued on June 2 after a dog was killed by a coyote in New Castle on May 27. Since then, there have been numerous sightings and several attacks.
