Mahwah First Responders Give Pets A Fighting Chance With New Oxygen Masks MAHWAH, N.J. -- Thanks to Barbara Messina, a Hawthorne resident and volunteer with Companion Animal Advocates, dogs and cats in Mahwah are getting a lifeline during times of crisis.
