6-Year-Old Hospitalized Following Carlisle Crash; Teen Cited Authorities said they have cited a 17-year-old boy with causing a crash in Carlisle that sent a 6-year-old to the hospital, where he remains more than a week later.  The two-car crash happened around 7:30 p.m. on July 15 at the North Road and Rutland Street intersection.
